Visually very pleasing, told a great story. I expect you're going to get a lot of comments about the 'rice sack', I'm not easily shocked but that got a gasp out of me.

It was an action-packed and deep epic which blew the other POS movies submitted today out of the water.

~Bad points~

I'm sorry for suggesting there were bad points by putting that title there but it was kind of implied by the fact that there were "good points" instead of writing "the movie was good".

You know in hindsight I probably could have done that. Probably still could. I'll submit for now and then decide later.

A good start

The composition was very nice. The choices of perspectives were excellent, and the animation that I could see was nice.

Problem is, a lot of it I simply couldn't. It was very laggy and choppy even on low quality settings. My fault for having a machine that's a little older? Maybe. But I think it could be optimized better for smoother play.

If it's optimized, I think this has a good chance of being received very well, both by the voting populace and the staff.

Only other criticism is the falling cinders and ash movie clip seemed a little overused. If you don't mind keeping me posted, I'd love to hear about any progress on this project.

got an assload of layers for no reason and my .fla file is kinda messy. also i have a bunch of overlays that dont really add much in the way of quality. thanks for the review though, i'll keep that in mind for the next one

Thought I had reviewed this...weird...

Well even if newgrounds doesn't agree, I think this is great. I'd like to see more of this stuff next Propaganda Day, and hopefully I'll submit my own in time as well.

Can't really critique it, everything is quite apparently the way it was supposed to be. I'd like the name of the song though, if you'd be willing to share.
