Yeah..."meat"-grinderclock...
"Human meat, still on body"?
That's pretty much how I've felt every single time I've drawn an astronaut.
That one time. :o
Joke's on BB10, I find him CHARMING
Lucky charming; like the cereal! I just want to eat him up! NOMNOMNOMNOM
I like where this is going
Outstanding in every respect.
This must have taken ages.
I'm particularly fond of how you used mechanical elements to suggest biological ones, the hoses suggesting horns, the spigot and approximate apparatuses suggesting genitalia, etc.
Was the choice to make it differ greatly in style from the background intentional?
I thought of all the Mecha anime that Big-O was the most aesthetically pleasing. Too many of them just had the approach that most anime had to hair: add more jagged bits. This is quite nice-looking and takes appropriate liberties while maintaining the original style.
Your use of color is excellent.

Surely you can see that anatomically she's completely off.
Look at her legs, feet, hips, and back: imagine her skeleton here. Her left leg is hyper-extended, her right hip is dislocated. The way her upper body is right there, she should be falling over (which would not be hard considering her pidgeon-toed feet) and the placement of her pubic bone is off as well.
I get that it's supposed to be a spunky cartoony fanservicy portrayal, but it's riding on "hot chick on art portal" to make up for a lack of anatomical correctness.
